As the data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations, we collect your personal data through our website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, verbally, in writing or electronically, for purposes such as enabling you to use our services, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, setting better service standards and determining our commercial/business strategies.

As the data controller, your personal and/or special category personal data obtained with your consent through our written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and any similar channel may be obtained in whole or in part, recorded, stored, updated, classified, kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed or as long as required by law, and, where legally or practically required by the service, shared with or transferred to the persons we work with, authorised public institutions and organisations, or relevant third parties residing in Türkiye or abroad.

We may share your personal data only on the basis of your explicit consent, or within the security and confidentiality principles set out in the Law and provided that the necessary measures are taken, with our business partners, suppliers, audit firms or, where legally required, authorised public institutions and organisations, for the purposes of conducting company activities, maintaining business relations with our customers and improving service quality.

Shopiyzi asks for some of your personal information (name, email, etc.) in order to serve its customers better. This information is used only within Shopiyzi, for periodic campaigns and activities aimed at customer profiles. Information collected through membership forms is never shared with third parties, used for commercial purposes or sold without the member's knowledge or contrary to their instructions.

Customer information may be disclosed to official authorities only when requested by them and where disclosure is required by mandatory legislation in force.

For your security, the credit card details you enter on the payment page are never stored on our servers; all payment transactions take place between the bank and your computer over a secure interface.
